Relax in this FULL Villa for rent, a ground floor where you can have two double rooms with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is en-suite and the other has a private bathroom outside the room. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and LCD in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. THE INVOLVEMENT
Located in an idyllic environment in Vila Fresca de Azeitão, surrounded by the Arrábida Natural Park with fabulous vegetation and its magnificent beaches, it is just 25 minutes from the center of Lisbon but surrounded by green forest.
The beaches are just 10 minutes from the house and a large supermarket is 1 km away.
REGRAS DA CASA
Fumar dentro de casa não é permitido, mas tem muito espaço no exterior para fumar! Por favor, evite atirar os seus cigarros no jardim e no relvado.
Evite entrar em casa com o corpo molhado da piscina ou colocar toalhas ou roupa molhada sobre os móveis.
Festas NÃO são permitidas!
Está proibido o ruído entre as 22h00 (10 PM) e as 09h00 (9 AM) tal como a legislação em vigor determina!
Animais são bem-vindos, mas terá que perguntar, por favor! No caso de serem aceites, terão que ficar entre a cozinha e o telheiro e, de qualquer forma, não podem ir ao relvado ou zona do jardim.
Se a relva ficar queimada pela urina do seu cão, poderá ser cobrada uma taxa. Gostaríamos que deixasse a casa como a encontrou! Organizada e a mobília no lugar certo. Deverá levar o lixo consigo! Basta colocar o mesmo nos contentores à saída do condomínio.
